SAW - Billy the Puppet on Tricycle 12" Action Figure with Sound

His creepy tricycle wheels actually roll smoothly across my shelf, which makes the whole thing feel more alive than a static prop should. The sound button is a nice touch too—it gives my horror corner some proper atmosphere without being obnoxiously loud.

The sound is what sold me—he actually delivers one of Billy’s classic lines, and it’s creepy in the best way. The paintwork on the puppet’s face is sharper than the promo shots suggest, and the tricycle’s front wheel turns smoothly when I push him across my desk.

The tricycle rolls smoothly and the figure's creepy smile is captured perfectly, so he looks great on the shelf next to my other horror collectibles. Pressing his chest triggers that iconic Jigsaw voice, and it's loud enough to genuinely startle my cat every time.
