The soft goods apron and the working chainsaw pull-start gimmick make this the best version of the figure I've owned. The paint work on the apron really sells the grimy 1974 look, though I do wish the tie strings were a bit longer.

The apron and the chainsaw both look way better than the older version I had, especially the paint on the mask. Joints are tight enough to hold a pose without a stand, which I didn't expect at this scale.

The 50th anniversary packaging alone is worth displaying, but the real win is how much cleaner the sculpt and paint apps look compared to my older Ultimate Leatherface. The new head sculpts have that unsettling, dead-eyed stare down perfectly. Only knock is the chainsaw accessory feels a bit flimsy
