The hands are what got me, those long bony fingers posed mid-reach. I've got him on the shelf next to my other horror figures and the scale lines up perfectly with the 7-inch ones. Paint on the coat looks better in person than the promo shots.

The sculpt on that hunched posture and those long fingers is dead-on to the 1922 film, way creepier in person than in the promo shots. Articulation in the elbows lets me pose him reaching forward like he's about to grab someone. Solid paint on the coat too, no slop anywhere.
